In this slow paced customer yoga class we are moving through basic postures using props and finishing with guided relaxation and breathing techniques. 

The class will start with a short guided Meditation to relax the body and mind as well as bring awareness to the breath and specific areas we will focus on, gradually we will move into deeper stretches using props.

In this custom yoga class, we synchronize movement with breath. It's an active, vigorous, flowing sequence that focuses on strength, improves cardiovascular function and flexibility.

The custom yoga class starts with some sun salutations to warm up the body and get the heart rate elevated. The class includes static poses to strengthen and stretch the muscles as well as balancing postures to improve focus and balance. At the end of class, we are cooling down in a resting pose and continuing with the practice of Pranayama (breathing exercise) and short meditation.

In our daily lives we are constantly exposed to toxins we ingest through food, water, and other sources that affect us physically and emotionally. In this practice, we focus on cleansing our body inside out through deep twists and other abdominal exercises that are helpful in detoxifying the body and purify the mind and spirit.

Boardroom classes are designed for companies who have limited space. We use the smaller spaces to our advantage. No mats are required! This class is a gentle form of Yoga done in chairs or standing. Employees will learn techniques to stretch, twist and open specific areas in their body while sitting in their desk. This class is a perfect fit for any office setting.
